It was very convenient hotel near the European Union. The bus to airport was in 1 min walking distance. This train metro station 2 mins walking distance and 5 stops about 10 mins to city centre. No complimentary breakfast. Hotel staff helpful. Room clean and spacious enough.

We stayed in a king business room. We were three adults with two in the very large king bed and a single foldable bed. The room was large and very spacious. Large television on wall with ability to stream YouTube videos. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as it was rather expensive. Fridge was also a plus in the room. Very smart interior and first class staff. Breakfast is expensive, but this is a Brussels thing - they all offer good value room rates, but pricey breakfast. I spent ages looking online for a top quality hotel at a good price on a reasonable location, and this is what I came up with. Please to say that the Stanhope more than lived up to expectations!

Overall a nice apartment with good facilities in a convenient location. Easy to get to from Brussels Zuid Eurostar, it was 5 or 6 stops on the metro and the hotel a couple of minutes walk from Troon metro station. Grand place was about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Friendly staff, good facilities, very convenient location too with great transport links.

We had a lovely stay. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. Our flight was delayed a lot so we missed check in but she stayed up late to make sure we could still get our room which helped us enormously. The room was very comfortable and the building was in a very nice location.

Literally 2 min away from shuman station. Might be a bit noisy in the morning but what do u expect in that busy part if the world! Very convenient to all amenities and stuffs are really friendly as well as helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

I arrived at a busy time and had a short wait to check in. But, I was checked in a friendly and polite manner. My room was clean and neatly laid out. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed a couple of good nights of sleep. Breakfast is served promptly at 06:30 and you have a very wide selection of food that will satisfy most diets. The hotel was in an excellent location and the hotel itself was of a very good standard. The room was warm and a very good size for the money paid. The en suite bathroom was sizable and very clean. All in all, the hotel was well worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Brussels.
