"We loved this place. We booked the Superior room and they upgraded us to the Deluxe room with sauna. Having our own sauna was great. The rooms are huge, nicely furnished with plenty of storage space, great bathroom, beautiful view. The hotel is well maintained. Personnel is very attentive, they have sweet treats for guests every afternoon. The area is a little away from the Grand Place, about a 20 min walk to the Palace, Museums and Park, but the location is great, all the best stores are walking distance and there's plenty of good restaurants nearby. The tram stops in front of the hotel and the metro is a couple of blocks away. We definitively recommend the place and will go back to it if we return to Brussels."
