"The staff are very helpful and friendly. The view from the breakfast balcony is just spectacular. Having breakfast overlooking the pyramids is such a privilege. The rooms are clean and breakfast is substantial. Would stay here again especially when the sound and light show is completed as the hotel will have a perfect view. There is an Egyptian restaurant a few doors down which is really reasonable as well serving great food. There are places to eat in the pyramid complex so enjoy. The Lauderee is expensive but worth having tea and a macaroon just for the view. "

"Clean room with a spectacular view. If you can get one of the room with a terrace, I highly recommend. We felt well taken care of by the staff who were super accommodating. The area around is a bit run down like much of Giza, but with a quick Uber ride, which is easy to get, you can be in either West Cairo or downtown Cairo. "

"Location is highly desirable. On major highway, but across from GEM, and down the street from pyramids. Airport pickup (not drop off) is complimentary; as is the daily breakfast buffet at rooftop restaurant. Staff is very friendly and hospitable, coordinating before your check in to plan your trip in Giza (thank you Kareem & Youssef). Water pressure was fantastic, hot water in the evenings. Limited channels on tv. Firm mattress. Beautiful views of the GEM from our suite, lit up at night and able to see the pyramids too. "

"We chose the hotel which has an excellent price-quality balance as a base to visit the GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum). It is within walking distance but one must cross a dual carriage way which we preferred to avoid although Egyptians do so constantly. This was the only inconvenience. We stayed for four nights. The hotel was clean and cleaned every day; the shower worked and none of the bathroom facilities leaked as they often do in moderately priced hotels in Egypt. The staff were friendly and very helpful - even printing our museum tickets without charge. We enjoyed the breakfast and considered the ingredients of good quality., The Uber map is not accurate - this is not limited to this hotel but applied to all parts of Egypt we visited during 12 days of travel - Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Bisqash. So have the google map available for any driver you take."

"Great location and the rooms facing pyramids. Our room size was huge, jacuzzi with pyramids view. The windows are wall to wall and bottom to ceiling giving the best view of pyramids from everywhere in the room. Their restaurant is very convenient and roof top view of pyramids. It’s the very good location. Restaurant staff is very courteous and food is decent. They were able to get us the cabs from to airport and also arrange for a tour etc. that was very convenient. A bit pricey compared to what we could have done with Uber ourselves. But it’s worth being in the new country and convenience of going to multiple places Area and approach to the hotel can be a bit daunting but as long as uber or car is there it’s good. Overall quality of bathrooms/fittings can be better but since we there for just one day it was good for us. In all it’s a great location, good staff and convenience to Giza pyramids etc. "
