When looking for hotels to stay, this hotel stood out. It's modern and artistic design was the attraction, as well as the glowing reviews online. On arrival, even the taxi driver gasped. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel that we were staying in a 5* hotel. We were greeted with cava upon arrival and the staff accommodated our needs.

Mogan is the most beautiful little village , and the Hotel cordial mogan playa was a dream . Everything you need is there , from facilities to food to entertainment to staff it had it all . I will definetly be returning back at least once a year for the amazing sunshine and blissful surroundings . Highly recommended .

Exception hotel and grounds. Immaculately clean. Given time of year, Christmas, staff very professional and friendly. Only complaint I had was with security at the lighthouse end. Not consistent with their approach. Felt we were targeted while others walked through no questions asked. Would recommend this hotel

All fine generally . Only thing was when filling cappuccino, it overflowed because a larger cup was needed which were not available much. Otherwise all fine.

Large complex, would not like to visit during School Holidays. During peak time, July/August I believe it would be too busy & crowded.

This hotel is just incredible! Upon arriving at the hotel you will be just shell shocked with it's size and beauty, it has the best entrance to a hotel I've ever been too and I've visited a lot of hotels! The hotel is huge and takes a bit of getting used to to get around it but the staff cannot do enough to help, whether in the restaurant or house keeping. It is situated across the road from the beach, and the promenade walk to nearby Maspalomas is lovely. Breakfast offers a great selection of food, all tastes catered for. We loved our stay. Clean, lovely pools, kids enjoyed the slides, arcade and activities. Food was lovely and enjoyed that we could walk to the beach and then up to the town I would highly recommend

Lovely hotel, nice design, super friendly staff. We came on the business trip, I was very happy with the hotel’s internet connection, possibility to work there without a connection worry. Only one down side, very noisy day and night as it is next to the busy road, no soundproofing.

It should be mentioned,however, that when arriving at this hotel travellers with suitcases request their transport/taxis to go to the rear entrance/fire exit to avoid the 59 steps that take you to the front entrance / reception. The steps are quite manageable once you have no suitcases to lug up with you.

Las Palmas is a beautiful area, the people are very nice and there is a large amount of quality restaurants. Hotel Cristina was in a perfect location, the breakfast buffet was 10/10 and the staff were always extremely helpful. Canteras beach is next door to the hotel and is brilliant, not overcrowded and very peaceful.

I think I completed this survey yesterday. In short: Lovely hotel, most helpful staff everywhere, huge buffet breakfast variety (and for only a surprising 5 Euros), centrally situated near famous beach, also about 6-8 minutes from city centre, a great variety of small bijou shops, and a multitude of restaurants and bars of every category. Ideal for young families. I could have done with a more comfortable armchair in my room, but forgiveable.
