Came here for a business trip over 3 days. The service was incredible from start to finish, everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, all of the toiletries smelt incredible. The rooftop pool is small and a perfect temperature. This was a welcome oasis after a long day. I often got the whole roof to myself! This was the best bed I’ve ever slept in, and hope to come and stay here again very soon.

From the moment we stepped out of our airport transfer,we were met by the super friendly and helpful staff of The Serras...within a few moments our bags were inside and we were sipping a glass of Cava whilst we checked in. We were shown around the hotel ,to help us get our bearings - as though we were old friends of the family - we were shown the stunning rooftop terrace...given a little history of the building(Picasso's first...

These apartments are perfectly located in Barcelona, just 3 minutes walk from the Cathedral and less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stops in Plaza to Catalunya. The apartment was nothing less than spectacular. It was large, spotlessly clean and all the equipment was brand new. It came fitted with a safe, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee machine. A perfect stay. Arrived early and got checked in by 12:30pm. Great local tips from receptionist about where to go and mentioning finer details like best stop for Park Güell to limit stair climb etc. Lovely room which fitted bill and clean. Could also airplay Netflix or YouTube via phone / tablet to tv if you want to one evening too. Two lifts so never need to wait too long. Location is good. Five mins walk from Plaza Catalunya and next door to a big Lidl. Quiet street so no issues sleeping...
