"The hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The property was clean and had unexpected amenities like board games in the main lounge. The wait staff in the tavern were especially friendly and helpful. We chose to eat there twice. As this was a place to stay for Liberty University's graduation, it was wonderful to keep the historic perspective for such a lovely area. The history is important and the scenic Natural Bridge is well preserved. It truly felt colonial."

"Stopped overnight at the Clarion Pointe for work & prep session for the next day's meeting. Booked a room designated as a Studio Suite. Enjoyed the good work space in the room. Room was very quiet for sleeping. All hotel facilities are in good shape. Interior decor was fresh & bright with some extra nice artwork! Outdoor pool & deck were a nice touch! Front desk staff were helpful to copy a few documents I needed. Also nice to have the hot drink station available 24/7! Only two notable distractions. Bed mattress was very soft & the sheets were very thin. Time for replacements. Second, the sofa cushions were noticeably stained & didn't match the sofa's color. Another replacement needed."

"So I stayed at the property before and had an omni lotalty membership. The check in clerk couldn't find my number so instead of asking me for it she created a new account which caused all sorts of issues then served me warm champagne in a plastic water cup. Not the check in experience I expect from this property. other than that, everything else was lovely. We really enjoy going to the warm springs pool."
