"Staff was friendly and helpful when I needed to switch rooms. Our sink wasn’t draining properly. Room wasn’t dirty, but wasn’t super clean. Kind of looked like the same rag was used everywhere and just pushes dirt around and all surfaces had a film of cleaner. Rooms do look partially updated… showers are not. But it was ok for our one night stay."

"Peaks of Otter is a very special lodge off the Blue Ridge Parkway. It’s a great place for a family with Adirondack chairs by a beautiful pond and an easy walking trail. The rooms and restaurant have biews of the pond as well."
