"What good is can say is that it was fairly quiet, suorisingly. Our room was fairly clean but we did find a few dead roaches. Only had one bar of soap, no shampoo or anything. Good thing we brought our own. The beds are hard as a rock. But i wasnt expecting luxury for what we paid. What concerned me the most were a few sketchy looking people (probably residents) hanging around outside with one guy sitting in his car for hours. My guess is he was sellling "party favors" with all the pull up and leave traffic from a basically empty motel. If youre looking for a cheap place to lay your head, this is it. But dont expect much else."

"The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, but twice we found long black hair that wasn’t ours on a pillow and the comforter. Our towels had rips in them. One of the bedside lamps had a burned out bulb, and when I went down to the desk to ask for a replacement, there was no one there for a long period of time. I eventually gave up. The alarm on the old-fashioned clock radio in the room surprised us by going off super early in the morning. The lobby and hallways had a weird disinfectant smell. I would not stay here again."

"Very convenient off I81. Facilities a bit dated, but all was adequate and clean. Very nice and attentive staff. Tv channels not in HD. Breakfast was limited. Biscuits and gravy was the only hot offering. Realized we had stayed there years ago, and would again. Very good deal versus other options. Queen beds. "

"The first unit we checked into had both adult and baby roaches present. To the resort’s credit, they moved us promptly once we reported the issue, but the timing made the situation especially inconvenient since it was around 10 PM and we had just started settling in after returning late from a wedding event. We were in town for a wedding and spent most of our stay attending offsite wedding events, so we did not really have the opportunity to fully explore or enjoy the resort amenities during our visit. While the staff responded quickly, the experience impacted the rest of my stay. I spent much of the trip feeling uncomfortable, constantly checking for bugs, and worrying about bringing them home with us. The resort offered four park passes as a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after the experience, we did not feel particularly eager to return, so the resolution did not fully address the impact the situation had on our stay. We do have a year to use the passes, so perhaps with time we may reconsider. In fairness, our group had three different units spread across the resort and no one else reported similar issues, so this may have been an isolated incident. However, it still significantly affected my ability to relax and enjoy the stay."

"At the end of a 12-hiur drive, the Clarion Pointe gave just what I needed - a quick and easy check-in, a comfortable room with a spacious and equally comfortable bed for a good night's sleep and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The room included the small things that made it easy to spend the night, e.g., a minifridge that was already good and cold, so I could store the items in my cooler overnight, a chair that I could comfortably sink into, and a wide variety of options available on the TV. In the breakfast area, I noticed the staff were very attentive and kept the room clean and eerything well stocked. And there was plenty to choose from - waffles, scrambled eggs (real, not powdered), sausage, cereal, yogurt, bagels, danish and toast, fresh fruit. And as a very nice, freshly baked cookies on a tray in the front lobby greeting meas I left for dinner and when I returned. I will stay here again."
