The words I would use to describe our suite and the hotel would be classy, charming, and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly professional and courteous. Our only regret was that we were only there one night. Next time will be more."

We asked the staff to help and were told that nothing could be done. Also, the shower gel bottle was empty, something which was disappointing for a premium room."
