Stunning hotel with warm, friendly staff.

Great hotel with what it effectively its own private beach. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. It really was amazing and we had a great time. It could be a bit quiet at night and there isn't much else around - although if you walk left along the beach there is a beach shack and another hotel both doing excellent food but at much cheaper rates (and the drinks are much cheaper too). The price of food and drink is extremely expensive by Indian standards, but fairly standard for UK...

Stayed in this hotel a few times now. As per normal it is excellent. Near enough town if you want a little walk, beach short taxi away. Food in restaurant is amongst the best I have had in a hotel. You must have the Goan food.

The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced.

Enjoyed the stay . Will go back to the same place. Nice and a very hospitable bar. Good pool bar. Very courteous and accomadating staff. Suggestion : book a room on the first floor sea facing. It has doors opening to the lawn and beach pathway. If out of budget, the garden view rooms on the first floor are the same and only a minute's walk to the beach path ( of course no beach view). Goa Marriott will be by first choice and I recommend it to all.

I booked this hotel on Expedia and surprisingly found the hotel to exceed on our expectations. Hotel is constructed on more than 100 year old Portuguese building. Food was excellent. Hotel staff was very good and courteous. Ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are pool facing. Rooms and washroom are very big in size.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of the city. All amenities in walking distance, restaurants etc. Very friendly and helpful staff and lovely place to come back to after busy daytime activities. Views from the bar/swimming pool and reception area were amazing, overlooking the river.

nice hotel but no wifi in rooms , while booking your site said the wifi avalable in rooms but wifi was not avalable in room.

Could not have asked for more the staff , room and overall facilities are world class beach access is there too pool is nice housekeeping staff was excellent specially gentleman by name kamlesh or kamesh not sure of his exact name but a young guy he surprised us by doing new new things in our room in terms of possession

No extra charges we had to pay once booked at expedia. The hotel is less than a year old and everything seems new and clean. Very well furnished and very cozy bed too. We enjoyed all the 4 night stay there. If you are in sea facing rooms you can see the sea and hear the waves all the time. Very less traffic around. Best to hire a two wheeler to go around, taxi service is very expensive. The restaurant Delhi Darbar is also at the ground floor, which is expensive but good food. Buffet breakfast...

Amazing property set right next to Arossim beach, where you can relax as well as try water sports, with not much crowd around. Buffet spread is huge, and you can try from local Goan, to Indian & Asian food in all meals. The resort also has multiple pools, game room, and lush green lawns leading to the beach. An amazing place to stay We had issues with the lock of the room on the first day which was resolved however on the second day we had foul smell coming from the air conditioning. The manager Amar was fantastic and very helpful he upgraded us to a suite. Check in was unique, very personalized and not your usual "here's your room key and there are the elevators". We received a cold sweet drink and cold towels which was most welcoming, and were sat down in reception and everything was explained including upgrade options.
