I was disgusted on arrival to our room to find a large clump of hair on the floor, a hair on the sink and hair on the carpet. It was very disappointing. The rooms are old and tired now. While the beds were clean and comfy, the carpet was disgusting and the bathroom showed a lack of attention to detail with soap scum on the walls and floors needing a scrub.
