"I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation. "

The food from the hotel kitchen was extremely good, large portions, delicious and a very reasonable cost. The rooftop dining area is incredible with a perfect view of the pyramids, it’s a very nice place to sit and relax. I recommend booking any excursions through the hotel to avoid any hassles.
