Brief 2 day but excellent experience. Nadim was excellent and helped us many times booking a tour and getting multiple cabs to places throughout the city. Staff as whole were incredibly polite and helpful and a tip team all around
Loved our stay at Nile Ritz Carlton. Staff were really helpful from organising airport pick up/drop off. To organising cars when required. Breakfast buffet was well worth it, with a good selection for everyone. Pool was awesome. Would definitely recommend and I look forward to returning some day.
I really enjoyed my stay. The property is centrally located, convenient, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The gym was fantastic! I would stay here again.
Fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel with a nice pool and shops and restaurants. Renovated and very clean rooms and common areas. The lounge staff were so kind and hospitable that they made us feel at home. Will definitely stay there next time in Cairo!
Location second to none
Superb swimming pool
Lounge food needs to more authentic and the dishes should be of better quality. Capitalisation on local cuisine will enrich the menu.
Excellent staff from arriving through the front being greeted by the friendly door staff, professional front desk to staff in the restaurants and housekeeping.
Breakfast in Culina was spot on with a buffet offering a great variety. The bars have a great range of drinks both alcoholic and non. The rooms are spacious clean, they get serviced twice a day, and are left immaculate by the housekeeping. Location is good with a museum at the back of the hotel. Also a 10 minute walk to downtown shops. I will recommend this hotel to all travellers to Cairo. I would stay there again
