"Very polite delightful staff always have a smile on their face and would always go the extra mile to help you. My family and I are fans of the Hyatt chain and always pick it as the first choice when travelling in India. A special thanks to Sidharth (duty manager) who communicated very nicely and efficiently when I rang for help. An even big thank you to Khushboo who sorted out the problem of WiFi in our room which was not working. Even though it was late in the evening she transferred us to an amazing excellent room !! Even though we only stayed for one night after a long flight we had a fantastic time. Thank you all once again. 🙏"
