"Good hotel, clean and beautiful, but coordination among staff can be improved. Our stay was nice. The staff were very courteous and there were good dining options. Our recommendation would be to improve the check-in process as the reception / room service were having to play catch up on deciding our rooms, providing basic amenities (they were confused whether we had been provided those at all), bouncing us between room service and reception to address issues, arranging cab at the requested time...

"外観からホテルの場所を見つけるのはほぼ不可能。廃屋のようなビルの３Ｆにあります 部屋によって設備は違いますが 一般　シャワー・バケツで入浴（ほぼ水）　トイレ　バケツで流す デラックス　シャワー・バケツで入浴（ほぼ水）　トイレ　流れる タオルは汚い、部屋は言わないと掃除しない 勝手にスタッフが入ってくるとインドってこんななの？って感じです 展示会シーズンとのこともあるが、1泊2万もしてこれはないだろう チェックインの際も、予約漏れですったもんだ クレームを言うと、甲斐甲斐しくケアはしてくれましたが。。 二度ととまりません"
