"My Wife and daughter checked in later in the evening. Front Desk staff was kind enough to arrange baggage drop off to the room. Upon going into the Room, we found out someone else was already in the room and sleeping. We were rushed out of the room and allocated another room. How can a property issue same room to 2 different Guests."
