"Very Poor Service.lots of improvement needed in service aspect.Front desk staff needs more training.Please keep hallway lights on.Do not save energy bill at the cost of comfort.It is dark .I mentioned it to your staff and a manager both.still it wasn't taken care of.when guest asks you to tidy up the room, please replenish toiletries etc.TV remotes.don't work.Do Pest control please.. Lizard came to room in the middle of the night... Also ,keep notepad and pen for guest Don't just keep minibar...

"Hotel is located in main business district but not meeting the business traveller requirements and priced high Hotel is bit old and located in 3rd floor. Rooms are spacious but bed is bit small and hard. Also, breakfast starts by 7:45am which is not convenient for most of business travellers"
