"The hotel is a bit "faded" but the staff were very kind. They did not speak English and I did not speak Hindi or Gujarati, so it was hard to communicate. I relied on other visitors who helped. Local food is excellent but it would help to have menus with pictures or descriptions of dishes if you intend to serve foreigners. It would help to make suggestions for standard meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, also to sell basics at reception such as water or soft drinks. "

"The condition of bathroom was terrible. The bedsheet and towel prpvides were not clean. The area is convenient to travel and has some amazing fooding option. The staff at hotel was cooperative."

"We had an exceptional stay at the Hyatt Regency, thanks entirely to the amazing staff who went above and beyond at every turn. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, genuine, and attentive. The team’s professionalism and care truly made us feel at home.
