It wasn’t even hot in Galveston. It was maybe 80° and the air conditioner in the room could not keep up with the exterior humidity. It was truly pathetic. The beds are worn out. It’s like sleeping on a pillow. There’s way too soft. This hotel is in dire need of a PIP.

The beach was in walking distance which was nice. One of the ladies working helped us get detergent when we went to wash out laundry.

The place was perfect for a weekend getaway, right across the street from the beach, great view from the balcony, and close to everything. The only complaint was the ceiling was leaking in the bathroom the morning we left.
