"Even I got to the property I was very pleasantly surprised. I still can't figure out why they have a low rating? The staff is super friendly- Ms. Lala and I were laughing as soon as I walked up to the desk! The rooms were clean- our only issue was the bathroom lock was broken. The breakfast was standard, but good. I'll be starting here on future visits. "

For such a great hotel, what were wiping our butts with could be drastically improved. It was the worst part of our experience. Cistomer service was great!
