"Room was great"

"There for a week. Damp smell in room. My phone didn't work and they never replaced it. I had to ask for the room to be made up daily and several times had to remind them. They never replaced the cups or emptied the ice bucket. At one point I spotted bugs (so small I couldn't identify) and it took 2 reports on 2 separate days before they sent someone to see what I was talking about. The woman argued with me that they were marks on the furniture until I literally pointed to the moving creatures. They finally sent in three people to strip the bed, clean the room thoroughly and spray for the bugs. The furniture has seen better days, but the bed was comfortable. Only one electric plug worked. No USB worked. Breakfast choices were above average. Bathroom/shower nice but low water pressure and shower floor slippery and nothing to hold onto. Stayed because of location to family function; wouldn't go there again. Very disappointed, always liked Best Western hotels."

"Room reserved and paid for was not available. Gave us a one full size bed for 3 people. First room was already occupied when we got in room. Second room had no towels, no shower curtain and only a sheet on the bed. No soap no nothing. We asked for towels and were told we had to wait until 10am when mgr got there. Plugs in room did not work either. "

"When we arrived via airplane I called the hotel. Was told where to go to get the shuttle and how long the wait would be. To our surprise we waited less than ten minutes and the shuttle was there. Shuttle service was great. Check in to hotel was easy and staff very nice."

"We had a car to return so we were unable to take the shuttle. A plus when needed."
