"Huge hotel with four pools. Large room and shower room. Not much natural light so seemed rather dark in places. The food was varied and plentiful. We were all inclusive, there were even afternoon snacks and midnight snacks. My only negatives were that without a car you couldn’t walk to anywhere, it was out of the way. "Overall we gave a 4 out of 5. 1. Room - On the first evening, our superior room air condition/AC was not working and we had ants in the room. We spent few hrs trying to get this issue sorted and then the duty manager Elia gave us an upgrade to a club room. The views from our previous room were spectacular, the club room view was not that good and we could see the large metal roof of from our balcony. We accepted this, as the hotel was full. We got free spa access which came with the upgrade. I...

"The place was clean and very spacious! Our unit had 3.5 bathrooms, which was great for the 5 of us. We had our own pool and they gave us beach/pool towels. The resort/complex is beautiful and everything is new and contemporary. I'd definitely stay there again."

"The staff were excellent, they saw that I was limping when I came off the transfer and immediately checked and moved me to a ground floor room. I was really impressed! From that point they all were friend and helpful. The room was clean and had a new look about it. Location good, quiet and short walk to the beach. Short Uber ride to old town and lively side of town if you are looking for the nightlife. Happily visit again."
