we loved our week in vila gale praia it would have been perfect but the weather was pretty bad....rain wind storms etc most days...luckily last two days sun came out & we sat around the pool (cold but I did have a dip) hotel restaurant great we ate there twice and breakfast fresh and delicious loads of choice and lovely fresh fruit even a bucks fizz if you wanted it! hotel is very tranquil and has a lovely spa (free) with huge jacuzzi pool sauna & steam room which we made lots of use of when...

Hotel was clean, spacious and very well run. Staff were friendly and very helpful at all times, the junior suite was spacious and well appointed. Arriving late and missing the evening meal the staff ensured that a meal was sent to the room just after our arrival including a half bottle of wine and a plate of fresh fruit. Everyday a litre of bottled water was placed in the room at no extra charge. The outdoor pool was very clean and maintained but not heated, it takes a brave soul to swim...

Visited for a birthday break, just the two of us, weather could have been better but the hotel is located on the beach. Fantastic views, staff are excellent the lady who checked what a credit to their team. The rooms are big and spacious, cleaners come in every day, the bathroom could be updated but not a problem. We stayed on a bed and breakfast booking and the breakfast is brilliant both hot or cold available, views from the restaurant all of the beach, nice bar to relax and enjoy a drink,...

The moment that me and my partner checked into the hotel we was welcomed with a smile and light banter. The two receptionist were pleasant, professional and helpful. I would definitely be returning as my stay was amazing

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, with good very clean rooms. The location is good within a short walk to two areas with bars and restaurants. The old town is a ten minute taxi ride (about 6 Euro) were there is a greater choice of bars and restaurants, street entertainment and shops. The pool area is smaller than the picture would suggest and was busy. Breakfast in the hotel is good and worth the extra cost when booking. Had a room at the front of the hotel with a partial sea view on...

Superb location, near the beach and short walk to square. Recommend paying the extra for a room with a sea view and being on the second floor. Breakfast was fine. Staff helpful. Not many sun beds but this is a small hotel, having said that the beach is only minutes away. Would definitely stay here again if i came back to albufeira.

Great breakfast, clean rooms. The staff were very lovely. Would recommend.

Great new hotel , great location . Infinity pool at the top together with the views over Falesia and Vilamoura absolutely stunning

Modern hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. We had bed and breakfast and the food was excellent, a great choice in the morning and we had lunch a number of times because the food was lovely and reasonably priced. We had a land view room which was absolutely fine, but we will try to get a sea view the next time we stay as the views from the front are delightful. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable stay.

Excellent hotel, value for money and staff are very helpful and accommodating at your requests. Spa facilities and breakfast was the real highlight, delicious and relaxing. If I could 6 stars I would !

We booked the hotel as it was on the beach and had nearby restaurants. However, the food in the hotel was so good we soon upgraded to half board. Check in was easy and Ana on the front desk was great and helped us with booking tours as her local knowledge and contacts were invaluable. We chose a room with a sea view as it is a great view of the beach. Overall a great experience and no hesitation in going back.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms got cleaned every day. Breakfast was a good variety and even Pastel de Nata. The place was very clean. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

I visited on my first ever solo holiday so was quite apprehensive given some of the negative reviews. The hotel, staff and location are fantastic. I was booked in bed and breakfast and the buffet breakfast set me up for the day, no need for lunch later. The hotel is very relaxed and only a few minutes walk from beach and town. I will deffinately be returning next year. The hotel is for adults only, so no kids to annoy relaxation. The views are breathtaking and service by the pool great. ...
