"Definitely not a 5 star hotel, the room was lovely and spacious, food was ok but very similar everyday. Staff were so miserable especially in the restaurant never any cups or glasses available. We were all inclusive but when we got there, there was also an elite package which we didn’t know about so we were not able to get all drinks on all inclusive. Drinks available were still ok.
