Large pool but no pool bar service first few days. Breakfast was chaos, with no systems. Staff all over the place doing various jobs. Could not get a coffee with my breakfast until my last morning. Usually came once breakfast was over. Decor was lovely, rooms massive and spotless.

No hot water, no water pressure, adjacent rooms were noisy, only one place to eat, a very expensive buffet with limited choices and timings.
