The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Check-in went smoothly, and they even allowed us to leave our luggage before the room was ready, which we really appreciated. We were also able to check in a little earlier than expected. The rooms were spotless — everything was clean, polished, and very well maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful in a simple, elegant way. It has a relaxed, stylish atmosphere that feels both modern and welcoming. Another great feature is the bar, which is open all the time, along with a cozy cafeteria area that included room services. It was very convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

Even with shared bathrooms, they were maintained beautifully and cleaned multiple times daily. There’s also a thoughtfully designed communal space with lounge seating, dining tables, a microwave, and a workspace — ideal for solo travelers who value comfort and functionality. No elevator (pack light if you can 😉), but overall, a beautiful, well-kept stay in one of Lisbon’s best locations."
