"The room was spotless and so many things supplied for free. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Shopping centre, cafes, restaurants, fish&chip shop burger shops literally across the road. Such a convenient location. Will book here again without hesitation and highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kingston. "

There is a collection tank of some kind that continuously beeped. Had to close our windows in order to sleep. I would assume that doesn’t happen all the time. "

"Room was neat and tidy. Clean and very functional as well as comfortable. Iron was a bit ordinary and the ironing board very ordinary, however this was immediately rectified with a brand new iron and ironing board as soon as I mention it to staff. "
