"Second stay here wasn't as good as the first one due to staff shortage. We entered a room that was a mess as if previous guests hadn't left yet. Got a new one without a single apology from the girl at the front desk. The guy on the next shift stayed for more than 12 hours but he was much more helpful giving us all the toiletries and fresh towels we needed to carry to our room ourselves on the second night since no other staff was there, it appeared. The room itself seemed so dated, dirty carpets...
