"La experiencia fue mala. La habitación es pequeña. El ascensor no funcionaba y tuvimos que subir equipaje 4 pisos por escalera y subir y bajar cada vez que entrábamos o salíamos. La limpieza se hace cada 3 días y no te avisan de eso, simplemente llegas al cuarto y está como lo dejaste ni cambio de toallas ni basura a menos que te quejes. No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto"

"Had a decent place to lay your head and bed was comfortable. Some updating could be done. Pool was crystal clear. Wish the coffee service in main lobby was opened for early travelers. We left at 5am for a 7:30 flight and coffee wasn’t opened till 7:00 am. Staff was very helpful. Elevator needs some updating and cleaning. I would go stay again. "

"We stayed the weekend of Tortuga Music Festival, so the place was packed. However, I must say that the staff handled it perfectly. We felt well taken care of and welcomed. The attention was great - professional and kind. We want to thank all the staff for making it an amazing weekend, specially Jenna who went out of her way to make us feel at home. Overall, great experience."

"Nos gusto mucho nuestra estadia en el lugar, tiene muy buena ubicacion a pocos metros del Broadwalk, las habitaciones espaciosas y con todas las comodidades, sin embargo , considero que deben actualizar los TV para que se pueda ver Netflix y otras aplicaciones que tienen entretenimiento mas actualizado, pero del resto todo bien "

"The worst hotel experience ever. I arrived an hour early and was told that the room is not ready and they will call me as soon as housekeeping gets done. I came back exactly at 4 and asked why didn't I get a phone call they didn't have an answer for that and had to raise my voice after waiting until 4:40 at the counter then right a way the attendant said your room is ready and gave me the keys, so I go to the elevator to find out that one is only working and had to take the stairs to the room luckily it was one floor up. I get in the room and did a little inspection and found some of the lamps didn't work, hair on toilet seat and barely was able to turn the mirror light on and couldn't turn it off because the switch is not functioning. My son woke me up at 4 am screaming that he got burned from the hot water after he finished showering because the hot water facet broke and hot water kept running. I ran to my car grabbed a pair of pliers and was able to shut it off. My room was supposed to be ocean view but wasn't. They had no parking and were referring everyone to the next door hotel ( Monte Carlo ) for their valet parking which was $30 per day. I had to pay for lots of menu items for a supposedly continental breakfast such as eggs. The price I was quoted before I arrived was not the same, way more. When I paid at the counter I used a different card than the one I had on the website and the day I checked out they tried to charge me again around 5 pm on website card."
