Also so lovely to see the support when needed from her colleague who was a great trainer. it’s was clear they were a great team already A friendly welcome and a great room after a long journey is amazing. "The location is wonderful right on the seafront, with a car park. The property itself could do with modernising throughout. The bar area vibe doesn’t match the style of the building. My room wasn’t particularly clean the headboard had dust and the tv was covered in dust and the remote was sticky and dirty. The shower didn’t have hot water. We didn’t have a comfortable sleep as the bed was hard and lumpy. If the rooms had a refresh it would be a great place to stay."

"Our room was excellent, wonderfully clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive and courteous. The public spaces are a little tired. The breakfast room / restaurant is basic. The parking is an absolute nightmare. Just pay for the parking permit to park on the Main Street to avoid the stress of finding a parking space."
