"The lodge has good rooms with baths, suitable for business travel, or golf days away. The food in the restaurant is pretty good, and all the staff are helpful and attentive. I also used the gym, which has plenty of well-maintained machines and weights."

"We stayed for six nights, there was some fluff on the floor when we checked in, it was still there when we checked out! One evening, we had a decent lunch so only wanted a snack in the evening. We both had ham sandwiches which while nice ham, no attempt had been made to present them, for example, a salad garnish would have gone a long way. At breakfast the buffet was always running out of teaspoons, mugs for tea/coffee, marmalade, stupid things. One evening I went to use the disabled toilet, the attached picture shows how I found it."
