"Interesting layout with some interior corridor rooms and some exterior door rooms, but we had one of the floors that has interior doors which makes me feel more safe. Room was clean, staff was friendly. No complaints. "

"Overall the hotel was nice and the customer service was great. It was conveniently located in a nice area of Florence. We felt very safe. It was 20 minutes from the Cincinnati Zoo, 20 minutes from the Creation Museum, and 30 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Two small improvements could be made. There needs to be more seating during breakfast. The room could have been a bit more clean. The table that pulled out from under the counter was visibly dirty. Although the shower was more clean than other hotels I have stayed at. "
