"The room was clean and the service was good. You can not select the tv chances, you have to go up and down looking for a channel. The hotel charges $10 per day for parking, which I was not aware until i got there. Also they use a lot of water softner, so it was very difficult to get rid of soap when you take a shower or wash your hands."

"We enjoyed our stay at the21c hotel. It was convenient for our downtown cinci activities. Parking is always a bit tricky in the city. I used spot hero for an overnight parking selection and felt comfortable with this choice. The hotel rooms were pleasant, clean and modern. Not having an ice machine available was a bit inconvenient but ice was retrieved from the attached restaurant. Overall, I would stay here again."

"We went to Cincy for a concert, the hotel was located close to both the venue and the local pubs. There was a dance competition in that area as well the night before so we had to wait a little longer for our room to be ready but the staff was accommodating and hotel bar was a great place to wait."

"I stayed here for 2 nts. When I got home Radisson had charged a huge fee accused me of smoking in the room and needing extra cleaning done. I HAVE NEVER SMOKED. This room was in mint condition when I left. This hotel is running a scam. Manager never returned any of my calls. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"I had no complaints on the property. We were only in town for one night however they made it feel amazing the whole time. My only issue was that the pool table was not open along a lot longer but The bar was nice. Everything was great. I didn’t like that the bar closed at 11 though. Which meant the pool table was unavailable the rest of the night."

"The only thing we did not like about this property was the water pressure in the shower. We realize that there used to be a federal law that required shower heads to have a water reducer installed in them. But this law is no longer in effect. I have long hair that takes time to rinse after washing. When the water pressure is low, it takes even longer. Sadly, this is a deal killer for us and we avoid staying at places that we know will not meet our needs. If water pressure does not matter to you, I recommend it. But I hate wasting water by having it run longer to rinse my hair."
