My boyfriend and I have been frequent test of this property, however this woman had a separate reservation when the night was already paid for, and my checkout was not until noon I made multiple attempts to pay over the phone and when I had gotten back, she’d acted as though I was kicked out of the room when I had booked it with my rewards I’ve never felt so humiliated in my life"
