"Great one night stay. Ŕoom clean and spacious. Only issue was wall socket loose to AC. Staff very helpful to answer questions about nearby amenities and ark encounter which is very closeby. Would stay there again"

"Stayed with my mom & five year old. Could not have asked for a better experience. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction. - The breakfast had something for everyone & was more elevated than most breakfast options I’ve seen. - The room was nice & clean with a great view of the river - The restaurant on site was great- we had dinner there one night & everything we ordered was delicious - The pool was a big hit with my little guy, and was the perfect height for him - Easy short walk along the beautiful waterfront to the Cincinnati side - Easy short walk to some great restaurants in Covington too! Overall would absolutely stay here again- above & beyond experience for sure! "

"I couldn’t have been treated better by a most gracious staff. I loved the room, the breakfast was very good, parking a breeze. Wasn’t prepared for cashless laundry but figured it out with no problem. I would definitely stay there again."

"It's a Radisson, it's been around awhile. But I was pretty content with my stay. Complimentary parking pass for the garage, walking distance to the start line for the Flying Pig, gorgeous view of downtown Cincinnati and wonderful staff. Thank you for the late checkout for us runners!"

"Rooms were nice and spacious. Lobby was small, and check in was slow. Small parking lot, overflow parking was in the restaurant parking lot across road, just didn't love that and it was not communicated at check in. Nice little convenience shop in the lobby. Overall, would stay again"

"The 2 staff members who were checking in guests between 4 and 5PM on May 3rd were very rude, short and not helpful when 2 questions were asked. The lobby was not busy at the time, as we were the only guests checking in. They could definitely benefit from some customer service training. My mother in law knows many people who plan to see the Ark in Williamstown, KY (one being a church group taking a bus). She said she will recommend that they not stay at that location because their attitude was so nasty. "
