"Said i booked a smoke room (my daughter can't) clerk tried to switch it couldn't. Went to room open the door the beds looked like they were slept in. The covers had burn marks then i threw back the sheets and they were dirty with hair all over them. It smelled so bad, we were getting sick. Turned around in less than 5 minutes and then was offered a new room. So you lied to me too. We didn't even feel safe there. The room next to us had their door wide open watching us."

"We had a double queen room. I use a walker to move about and I am not tall. I could not get into the bed without help. The beds are too tall for short people. Also I had to walk sideways with the walker to get into the bathroom, very tight space."

"Parking was easy, the lot was very full both days but the hotel has an abundance of entrances once you have your key card. Room was clean, a little on the warm side even with the temp turned down. Water in the bathroom was very hot and did not turn cold in the middle of a shower. "
