"My wife and I were looking for a hotel within walking distance from Great American Ballpark and chose 21c. The check-in process was easy and the room was easy to find. The room wasn't bad, just had a lot of features/amenities that were missing or not too pleasing. The bed was as hard as a rock compared to any hotel I've ever stayed at, as were the pillows (this is something I've never had an issue with, and we travel a lot). The room didn't have a mini-fridge for the price, which was disappointing, but ok for one night. A good deal of the tv channels on the guide either didn't work (any of the movie channels) or just stuck on a random screen (Fox Sports Ohio). A couple of the video based art installations on the 2nd floor also weren't on or working (in particular the one that made a reference to Psycho, which I would have really wanted to see). I also wasn't a big fan of a $5 "sustainability fee" that was tacked on at the end. I'd stay here again in a pinch, but would probably look elsewhere."

"Quick check in and easy access to the airport. Gas station right across the way. Only complaint would be the restaurant inside. Wonderful staff and food but way too high of volume for just two employees. food and drink were great for the price. Everyone we encountered were very friendly."

"This is an older facility which you can tell by the smell and upkeep. The legs on the table in my room were broke and leaning, the carpet was soiled and the curtains were old and smelly. The room itself overall wasn't the greatest, yet it also wasn't the worst. I came prepared with cleaning supplies. I've stayed at several different hotels in the area around this time of the year and knew what to expect."
