Can’t say enough wonderful things about him, excellent representation for the resort, fabulous customer service skills, and so personable. Never have I experienced anyone who takes so much pride in ensuring your needs are met and you get to relax and just enjoy your time. Even when we couldn’t get in his section due to his popularity, if he noticed we were looking for someone, he’d be there to aid in ordering for us.
