"We arrived at 12:30 pm and were told our room would be ready at 2:00 pm. So we hung out in the nice lobby until 2:00 pm to check in. When we asked to check in they said our room was ready but there was a $35 fee for early check ins - that is any time before 3:00 pm. Arghh. "

The refrigerator in our room was not working, and the front desk person was gracious and got it switched out for one that did work while we were out for dinner. The hotel was nice, but honestly, it's an old building. The ceiling in the room seemed lower than in more modern places. They've done a great job with renovations and decorating, however. "

"Property was not kept up well. My husband had to wipe blood off the bathroom wall with a wash cloth and when I called the office to have more brought to our room they told me to come get them. Also there were unruly unattended kids throwing balls next to my car I didn’t appreciate at all. Just not a good experience at all, thank god it was just one night."
