"Very comfortable hotel and very close to the entrance of Grand Canyon. It's a bit outdated but was very clean & comfortable. I would stay there again.!"

"The main check in area was clean and looked nice but the room was not very clean. There was dirt on the floor, a huge spider in the room, spider webs in the window, and mold in the bathroom."

"We chose this property because of its location right in town. There are shopping areas bounding the property and across the street, including galleries and a variety of restaurants. Views from our balcony were beautiful. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Inside our room, the bottles of conditioner and lotion were totally empty; when we turned on the kitchen sink, the fixture was worryingly wobbly. We used the pull-out bed, which had only a thin blanket---not enough. We asked for a comforter similar to the one on the bed, and received only another thin blanket. We took advantage of the on-site spa; our massages were excellent. Facials were mediocre."

"The room had several broken items, desk had a leg missing, chair broken, bathroom wall had panels missing, air conditioning unit on the wall was broken. This room should have never been rented. The front desk staff on arrival could have cared less about their job."
