"This is a great place! Perfect location between ferry and train and clean and modern. Loved it!"

"This was the cleanest apartment I have ever stayed in. Absolutely wonderful. The management team even helped me with information on how to track down a lost bag. The view is even better than the photos. I will definitely stay here again."

"There was zero communication; we kept calling and no one received call. So, when we reached the property, we could not even open the lock box to get the key. So, we were literally on the street at late night. We were forced to get another hotel on emergency basis and forced to pay highest price ever for two nights. We demand that Fontal Del Lago should pay these damages to us."

"The apartment was very unclean. Layers of dust on everything. Lamps, fans dressing table. The draws were full of pillows and duvets and so nowhere to store your clothes. "Mooie plek, maar airconditioning is wel een must zonder zonwering met veel glas op het zuiden. Ook veel muggen bij aankomst in appartement. Uitzicht maakt een hoop goed, verder prima."

"The location where the apartment is located was under construction with constant noise and construction debree. The balcony as depicted on the picture falsely mirrors the reality. This location definitely did not meet our expectations, for the money we paid. Not recommended."

"The best view of the lake and surrounding mountains, and very peaceful and quiet. You need a car to go anywhere, no shops or restaurants near by. The property was as advertised. "

"Great location. Lots of restaurants minutes away. Only two fans and we stayed during really hot week, so not much relief from the heat outside"

"Supplies such as paper towels, garbage bags, etc were in short supply. Management did not seem to care that both showers drained slow (one overflowing, flooding the bathroom). Bathrooms do not have counter space or hooks to hang toiletries. If you choose to rent, be aware of the many steps leading to the apartment and the several levels inside. This apt is not for the elderly or young children."
