"Had a problem which arose overnight the first night of our stay. The air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly and making a dreadful noise which kept us awake most of the night. We reported it when we came down for breakfast and the lovely receptionist lady dealt with it sympathetically, efficiently and professionally. We were asked to pack up our things, go out and enjoy our day we had planned and when we returned our belongings would be in a new room for us. They certainly were. We were moved and upgraded to a beautiful, room which we were thoroughly delighted with. It was later followed up to ensure that everyrhing was satisfactory. Definitely excellent customer care and service. "
