Excellent from start to finish. Staff were very helpful, easy to get to from the airport, lots of great advice on arrival on how to get around Seattle before taking our cruise a few days later - Thankyou 😊

The nicest staff throughout the hotel that I have ever come across. The hotel was clean and the rooms kept well. Breakfast was nice and always enough available.

The staff were great, the lady who checked us in was really nice and friendly and the two sisters who checked us out were lovely , the room was clean. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the hotel. They did have a shuttle, but we chose to walk to the airport. If we need a place to stay at Seattle airport we would certainly chose this hotel again.

I think this is the best urban hotel I have ever stayed in. I was in Seattle from Canada meeting friends from England. The Citizen M, Pioneer Square was an oasis of calm, stylish, sumptuous, serenity. I’ve rarely seen such clever thoughtful, innovative, inspiring design outside of Europe. Lovely people, delicious breakfast, awesome atmosphere. I hope very much to stay again soon.

Staff were very helpful. Needed a shuttle at 03.30am to airport, which usually starts at 4am, they kindly obliged.
Rooms were spotless, large, comfortable enough for a night or two.
Good value for SeaTac.
Just be aware there isn’t much to walk to re groceries or restaurants. You can have pizza delivered.
The area is quite noisy with traffic and also within the rooms.

We loved staying here for 2 nights. Great location, walking distance of waterfront and Pike Place Market.
Good transport connections: buses and trains.
Nice cafe located next to the hotel.
Cheap shuttle service when we were ready to depart for cruise was nice as we thought we had to arrange taxi.

We had a great stay at this hotel. There was a large parking lot and a nice community feel. The room was large and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was good.

Very standard La Quinta hotel, current renovations didn't have too much impact on my stay. But the staff were fantastic, both front desk and the drivers operating the shuttle were incredibly friendly and helpful - even bringing my bags to the airport for me to save me the trip back to the hotel after a few hours downtown before my flight
