"Absolutely love this property. I visit Fresno every other week, and it has become my absolute favorite place to stay. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience during check-in on my last visit. While I was being assisted, an older staff member, an African American gentleman, on the phone behind the counter, interrupted and spoke to both the front desk associate and me in a very rude manner, using his hands to gesture for us to stop talking and telling us to be quiet. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially during what should have been a welcoming experience. I still truly enjoy this property overall, but I hope management addresses this type of behavior to ensure all guests feel respected and valued from the moment they arrive."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay and the staff was so kind. This is a 2 star hotel so keep that in mind that this isn’t top tier for everything. You could tell our room was a little worn in around the carpet or a few spots on the ceiling but it was still still extremely clean and we felt very comfortable. Breakfast had toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and bacon/potatoes/cheese omelettes for warm food. Would definitely recommend and my husband and I will definitely be booking with them again! "

"Room was clean but dated. Roaches in bathroom. Desk staff was less than friendly. Key to room barely worked after several dozen tries. Reserved a king bed. Was given a queen. Property not kept up"

"Front desk person was outstanding. Rooms are large and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast area has nice presentation but eggs had large amount of water and sausages were mostly overcooked; the only weak area. Entrance is conveniently off the main road."

"Breakfast ok because it was free. In a dark old pub that doesn’t operate anymore. One guy in the back working Not many choices. Again it’s free but I don’t think you can advertise it as a strong point to come "
