I had a great experience staying at the University Inn in Fresno. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. It doesn’t have all the amenities you might find at some of the more expensive hotels, such as shampoo and conditioner, but honestly, that wasn’t a big deal for me. What I really appreciated was the privacy and relaxed atmosphere. Nobody bothered me, and I was able to come and go and do what I needed to do without any issues. Being from out of town and staying in Fresno for work, I found it to be a great place to stay, especially for the price. Overall, I’d definitely consider staying here again. Sometimes you don’t need all the extras—you just need a clean room, helpful people, and a place where you can relax and get on with your business. The University Inn delivered that for me.

Went to a concert at the Savemart Center and the hotel is directly across the street which was perfect. The staff was kind and welcoming. Check in was easy. The room was hot initially as we checked in on one of the hottest days of the year and the ac was off. The refrigerator was also unplugged so we had to wait a while for it to cool so we could put our waters in it. The room was clean and spacious. Would stay here again.

Great value for location

The room was clean and comfortable enough. Location was great across the street from the venue. However don't expect much from their Wifi. I tried connecting to both options and could not get internet from either.

Check in was a small alcove with another guest present and the attendant announced my room number loudly instead of just writing it on keycard. Microwave was rusty with peeling plastic. However room was clean, bed comfortable and when someone was playing loud music middle of night, the security came by promptly. Plenty of parking

We would stay again!

Like it’s advertised, a no frills hotel and the price was right. It was clean, quiet & convenient. Walking Distance to the Savemart Center where we were going for a concert. No coffee, and no closet. We would stay there again.
