"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Suite 1104. The room was great and well-appointed. The staff was nice and helpful, especially the clerk at the counter when we checked in. The only problem was the couch in the living room. It leaned forward. It was a sleeper sofa, and I think the hardware under the cushions prevented it from sitting level when the bed was stowed. We called the front desk about it, and she said, “My report says it has been repaired.” We had already moved in and did not want to change rooms, so we let it go. But it needs to be fixed. Whenever someone reserves a suite or any other room at a “resort”, they expect that everything will be nice and comfortable. The room was great except for the couch that caused you to slide onto the floor."

"The hotel was inside the national park amongst a number of similar properties. It has a popular bar and restaurant which gets busy as it is also used by other hotel guests. The rooms are very functional no frills. Self check in is helpful although you will likely need to find a member of staff for direction to the lodges. Worth noting all non US residents have a park tax which is essential to enter the park and as this hotel is inside the national park it is not accessible without paying $100 dollar per adult to access. "

"Not only were the rooms massive, they were clean, in a great location, and had a wonderful breakfast experience with a cozy and beautiful dining area that didn’t feel like a cliché hotel breakfast experience. It had all the same hotel breakfast buffet options, but the cook is friendly and good cook, which made breakfast delicious. We enjoyed meeting guests from all over the world. The location has a very safe feel, is quiet, and has a fun and interesting international customer base. We loved our experience and would stay again."

"Nice comfy hotel tucked away from the center of town. But still close enough to access store and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Claire. I had a problem with the AC in my first room"
