"This is a charming vintage conference grounds with lovely landscaping, a stunning bar, classy lobby and great free hot breakfast! Our favorite part was walking to our room through trimmed boxwoods, giant trees and white lights. The grounds are so pretty! The rooms are vintage 80’s but had everything we needed. The guests seem to be retired couples and Europeans on vacation. We felt very safe there. Super value! Totally worth it."

"We found a big ass roach on the wall as soon as we walked into our room. The hallways looked like they were straight out of a horror movie. A lot of the room windows are cracked and they're just taped up. Worst hotel experience."

"Rooms clean. Building is older but area was clean and walking distance from a gas station and convenient store. Pizza and starbucks across the street. "

"The staff was excellent. The parking was excellent some rooms were better than the other rooms but all in all they're okay"

"When I went to check in, there was a gentleman there who wanted to stay there paying cash they asked him to put a deposit down and he was so obnoxious, rude, and I would say very demanding and not respectful to the woman whatsoever. The woman checking me in, was very courteous more patient than I would be, and did her job very well. She apologized profusely and she did not at all need to. I enjoyed my stay very much we live in a neighboring town and my husband was having surgery the next morning early so found it very convenient to stay in Fresno rather than wake up two hours early to drive up 45 minutes.. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.."
