After i read the reviews, i wasnt expecting much, but it was 1 night and it was located across the street from where I needed to be the next day, so I thought I'd risk it.
Ok, it's a budget hotel, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The worst part of my stay was the inconsiderate guests that were banging their room doors and talking loudly on their phones as they were heading check out between 6am and 7am.
I'd definitely stay again if I needed a cheap hotel for a night or 2 in that...

Booked this hotel to attend a nearby event and could not wish to stay at a nicer hotel, all the staff was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help with any and all problems and queries. I’ll definitely be looking to book this hotel again and can’t not recommend it highly enough

I stayed in Dallas for one night and wish it was longer. The property was incredible with views of the city you’d pay to visit. Rooms are massive and it had everything I could possibly need for a whole weeks stay. Met one staff member who was friendly and helped me.
Once you understand the entry system and codes, it is very convenient. Great location for downtown.
Standard of room very high too.
I would certainly stay there again if back in Dallas.
