Fantastic.

This has to best hotel in Chiang Mai - great location, amazing facilities and wonderful staff.

This resort is in a quiet area, and the grounds are very peaceful & welcoming... The staff were polite, friendly & helpful, especially Pi in the restaurant (great sense of humor)... We treated ourselves to an hour long special in the spa, and came out floating on air.... 'Highly recommend this chain of resorts (we had an equally fine time at the Anantara Riverside Resort in Bangkok....

We had a lovely and serene stay - we wish we had stayed longer. The breakfast was v good - healthy and varied. The pool was v tranquil - thank you to the staff for asking the loud guest to stop taking FaceTimes at the pool.

Great hotel and lovely staff in nice quiet surroundings in a busy little city. Well looked after from the time we arrived till the day we left. Plenty to do nearby and numerous nice little bars and restaurants to use within walking distance.

Great hotel in great position. Walking distance of the main sights in town. The pool was warm and clean. Breakfasts were freshly made, well cooked and served with a smile.

The location of the hotel is excellent allowing you to be near to main attractions but while also gaining a beautiful view of the mountains from your balcony! We found the pool area to be lovely, even though many people have said the pool was too cold we found it to be fine and a lot of other guests were enjoying it to! I...

It is a very nice hotel at a great location, right in the heart of Chiang Mai!

Overall rating: 9/10 ⭐ A wonderful stay from start to finish. What really made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff. They went out of their way to celebrate our child’s birthday and surprised us with a beautiful gesture that made the occasion even more special for our family. A very special mention to Benz at reception, who was...
