"The staff was very nice -- the room had everything one would need for an overnight stay. The rooms are dated; however, the sheets were clean. My only issue is the microwave wasn't cleaned -- it looked as if someone spilled a red sauce inside and was dried and caked inside when we arrived. "

"Checked in and soon as u walked in the room, the floor was extremely sticky .. in the bed looked like someone had been in it and on the blanket had a huge stain on it and also on the sheets .. went to the front desk and the person wanted to inspect the room after the complaint of the dirty room made , gave another room …. Supposedly the “king” suite … and it was just as dirty, the bed wasn’t made, the refrigerator had old food in it , and the towels and wash cloths were used … ended up NOT staying and asked for a refund !!"

"Was not happy i booked and paid for 2 nights on the second day we had an emergency and had to leave to go home just to be told they cannot cancel my room until 11am the following day so they could not give me a receipt or anything also could not get clean linens because the lady said they didnt have any"
